Introducing the WeHo 12, a 22K SF stack of townhomes. This project incorporates interlocking unit types, indoor outdoor private outdoor spaces and an immersive roof deck. By puzzling together groups of townhomes instead of typical flat units, we are able to eliminate the need for 1/2 of our common area hallways, capturing that square footage into the gross rentable/sellable FAR. Each unit then has it's own outdoor space on multiples levels.
Located in the heart of West Hollywood, with shorter adjacent structures all around, the roof deck yearns for 360 views of the Hollywood sign, the Sunset Blvd. skyline, the PDC and so many more focal points of the city. The deck is broken up into various activity pockets, all flowing from one to the other while still maintaining some screening from other groups for privacy.
