The West Hollywood SLO5 was designed utilizing the Los Angeles Small lot subdivision ordinance which enables development of single family homes on small lots in multi-family zones as a smart growth alternative to urban sprawl. The project consists of 5 contemporary 3 story single family homes, each with a garage and en-suite bedroom on the first floor which could be used as an office or gym. The second floor consists of a kitchen, living, dining and powder room. The third floor includes a 2nd en suite bedroom, a master suite and a laundry room. These homes were designed with young working couples in mind and range from 1400 to 1650 square feet.
